KELLER Law Firm advises on significant acquisition in the Danish heavy equipment sector

KELLER Law Firm served as the advisor to seller in the acquisition of Bramsnæs Contractor Equipment ApS and A. Linnet & Sons A/S by the Danish equity fund Catacap / GSV Equipment Hire A/S.

Two leading figures in the Danish heavy equipment rental industry are consolidated as a result of the acquisition, which has been approved by the Danish Competition Authority. Bramsnæs Contractor Equipment operates with approximately 100 employees, 100 heavy vehicles and machines and an annual revenue of 125 million DKK, while GSV Equipment Hire’s annual revenue exceeds 600 million DKK.

The parties have highlighted the synergy between the companies and their potential for growth in unison.

As part of the acquisition, seller Jesper Jensen becomes director of the section for heavy manned equipment and co-owner of GSV.
