I have been a lawyer since 1995 and am a graduate from the University of Copenhagen. I have since graduated first in my year as an economist from Copenhagen Business School with a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (International Management).

Further, I have studied English law at the College of Law, London, first with a Diploma in English Commercial Law and later I became a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales with a practicing certificate.

I often assist with matters that include both Danish and English law and also other foreign and international areas of law. In this respect I have a very close network of skilled international colleagues that I use often when advising my large foreign and Danish clients with their international business.

I am active in developing my networks especially as a board member in Cicero League of International Lawyers and as national representative for Denmark in European Lawyers Association.

Since 1992 I have specialized in and worked extensively with company and corporate law. I have a high degree of specialisation in M&A matters. I have advised purchasers and sellers and management on the purchase and sale of shares and activities in many industries covering all from the initial processes and selection of buyers where needed and through the negotiation and the due diligence processes to the writing of share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements respectively not to mention the follow up needed.
